LIFESTYLE PORTAITURE PHOTOGRAPHY

I shoot lifestyle sessions, meaning you in your environment just being … you. All sessions take place on-location, where I come to a place of your choosing: be it your lovely home, a scenic park, a fabulous hotel suite — you name it!

Because I’m always asked, I’ll tell you that my favorite shoots are always in places with an abundance of natural light (think outdoors and big windows!). With that said, I’ll always have my lighting system with me and, unlike many others, I am not solely a natural light photographer. If you aren’t quite sure which locale to choose, we can collaborate and come up with something incredible together. I have lots of ideas that will make for a fantastic custom shoot!

As I mention in About Kristin, in addition to pouring my heart && soul into {kgP}, I also have a fab career in Corporate America 9-5p. As a result, my weekend appointments tend to fill up 60 days in advance. As space is somewhat limited, I encourage you to contact me as early as possible if you do know you are going to want to book a {kgP} sesh. Trust me! It’s never too soon to get a date on the calendar. And my lovely moms-to-be, your newborn sessions should be scheduled in your 2nd trimester if at all possible! With this said, even if you think you’ve missed the window, please do contact me. Life happens and sessions are rescheduled last minute, so I may still have availability!

Each {kgP} lifestyle session requires an initial investment of $500 ($250 due at time of booking and $250 due one week prior to your session date) and includes the following:

50 fully edited and retouched images in both color and b&w to select from
$100 product credit
5 high resolution digital images of your choice in both color and b&w emailed to you for your convenience
1-2 hours at one location with Kristin (newborn sessions are longer)
up to 5 individuals ($25 per additional)
travel within 30 miles of birmingham, michigan (additional travel begins at $25)
all images displayed on a password protected online gallery for 30 days for you to share with fam && friends
product ordering via the user friendly online gallery from my professional printing lab
a ‘sneak peek’ facebook post of low resolution && watermarked image(s) for use on social networking sites
pre and post session consultations

The product credit of $100 can be used toward any {kgP} product including digital files. Prints begin at $15 and individual digital files at $50.

Your images are a work of art and are unique to you. That is why I pride myself in offering fabulous custom products made with my clients in mind, including mini accordion albums, images boxes, story boards, albums and announcements. Please contact me for a detailed price list and with any questions.

Once we agree on a session date and time, payment is due within one week of booking to hold your session date. Payment may be remitted via check or PayPal. You may let me know your payment method when booking, and if your preference is PayPal, I will email you an invoice.

Life happens. If you have to cancel your session, your fee will be applied to a rescheduled session as a one-time courtesy. The initial investment is non-refundable. If you choose not to utilize the product credit included with your session purchase, there is no refund/reduction in price.

Are you a mom-to-be and know you’re going to want a maternity && newborn session? What about that newborn, 6 month & 1 year sesh? How about one for you and one as a gift? Book sessions together and pay up-front to receive a discounted rate:

Two Sessions: 10% off
Three Sessions: 15% off

Note that sessions must be used within one year of purchase.

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY

Note that the pricing information above is for lifestyle portraiture sessions only. {kgP} is also available to cover social {think showers, birthday or anniversary parties} and corporate events at a rate of $300 per hour with a one-hour minimum. This pricing includes a disc of the high resolution digital images from your event with a final gallery of approximately 100 fully edited images per hour of hire. In addition to receiving your disc, the images are also placed onto an online gallery for convenient sharing with your family, friends and clients. Please note that event photography does not include any portraiture images; event shooting is done strictly with a photojournalistic aesthetic.

I must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your event start time to capture the thoughtful and gorgeous details prior to any guests arriving; in reality, a 30 minute lead time is preferable. Please take this into consideration when planning your photography timeline, as this is the only way I will be able to photograph the undisturbed details and decorated venue for your event. If you’re taking the time to hire a professional photographer for your event, chances are you’ve spent a lot of time, effort and money to make this come together. Preserving these details is essential in order to fully capture the essence of the event.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

My standard wedding package is $3500 ($500 non-refundable deposit required) and includes the following:

photography by Kristin Greenwald (and assistant photographer for weddings for 100+ guests)
up to ten (10) hours of continuous wedding and reception coverage
unlimited number of photos captured
unlimited locations
disc of high-resolution digital wedding files with full reprinting rights
password protected online proofing gallery for 3 months
convenient online print ordering for family and friends
complimentary engagement photo session (products available a la carte)

Prices are subject to change at any time. If a price change occurs after you have booked your session, {kgP} will honor the product prices that were set at the time of your booking up to one month after you receive your image proofs from your session. Orders placed after the one month mark will be available for purchase at the current prices.

While high-resolution digital images of your session are available (with an executed print release and printing guide), either by purchasing a single high-resolution file or high-resolution session DVD, the copyright is still owned by {kgP}. A print release allows you to print unlimited copies of the images at the location of your choosing. This does not, however, give you the right to alter or distort the image in any way.
